Over five live sessions, you'll evaluate a real startup and defend an investment recommendation, from reading a cap table to building a simple valuation - the real judgment calls investors make, not just the theory behind them.

Prerequisite:

• No prior finance background required - the fundamentals are covered during the sessions

• Basic comfort with numbers and spreadsheets is helpful but not required

• No coding or technical skills necessary
